Where Shopify offers a native extension point, Miko uses it instead of injecting code into your theme. That keeps your storefront lighter and means nothing breaks when you change or update your theme.

Wholesale pricing runs in Shopify Functions on Shopify's own infrastructure. Storefront features are theme app extensions you switch on in the theme editor, tracking uses web pixels, and checkout features use Checkout UI Extensions.

Is Miko B2B Wholesale Pricing live on the Shopify App Store?

Yes. Miko B2B Wholesale Pricing launched on June 8, 2026 and is live at apps.shopify.com/miko-b2b-wholesale-hub. Works on any Shopify plan, no Plus required. There is a permanently free plan, and all paid plans include a 14-day free trial with annual billing saving 25%.

Is Miko AI live on the Shopify App Store?

Yes. Miko AI launched on June 8, 2026 and is live at apps.shopify.com/miko-ai. A free plan is available (up to 50 customers). Paid plans start at $19/month with a 14-day free trial.

What is Miko Loyalty & Rewards?

Miko Loyalty & Rewards is our most established app. It runs a points engine, VIP tiers, and referral programs natively on Shopify. The storefront widget is a Shopify theme app extension you switch on in the theme editor, not an injected script, and points are calculated on our servers when Shopify confirms an order is paid. There is a free plan for up to 100 members, and paid plans start at $7/month. VIP tiers are available on the Pro plan at $29/month. You can install it at apps.shopify.com/trip-loyalty-and-rewards.

Does Miko B2B Wholesale Pricing require Shopify Plus?

No. Miko B2B works on Basic, Shopify, and Advanced plans. Native Shopify B2B is Plus-only, but Miko B2B uses Shopify Functions and Checkout Extensions to deliver the same features on any plan. Customer-group pricing is on every plan, and NET 30/45/60/90 terms, storefront lock, and purchase order management are included on the Pro plan, all without a Plus subscription.

How does Miko AI use Claude (Anthropic)?

Miko AI uses Claude for two things: writing the email copy for each customer segment, and writing the plain-English summary in the optional weekly report. The customer scoring itself is RFM analysis that runs inside the app, not Claude. Claude only receives segment-level context, such as the segment name, your store name, top products and averages. Individual customer names and emails are never sent to it.

Is Miko Product Rentals live on the Shopify App Store?

Yes. Miko Product Rentals is live at apps.shopify.com/miko-product-rentals. It adds a native booking calendar to any Shopify product via a Theme App Extension. A free plan is available with 10 lifetime rentals and no credit card required. It works on every Shopify plan, including Basic.

Do the Miko apps work together as an ecosystem?

Yes. They are separate apps that work well side by side on the same store. Miko Loyalty awards points on every paid order, so wholesale buyers from Miko B2B and renters from Miko Product Rentals earn points too. Miko AI scores every customer, including wholesale buyers and renters, and writes its segments as Shopify customer tags that Shopify Flow and your email tools can use.
